Co-worker: Are you okay?
Me: I’m not feeling very good.
Co-worker: I could tell.

Co-worker: You’ve been saying “have a great day” instead of “have a wonderful day”.
I have learned
that rubbing my forehead or scalp makes my headache subside just slightly. So, you know. If any of you are bored and want to massage my scalp today, lemme know.

It is so bad, I am afraid to try to stand up.
It is so bad, I tried the technique my therapist gave me when I was a kid. I picture the headache, give it a shape, a color, a name, and ask it politely to leave.
